Five New Things to Do This Year – 2019 Greenport Maritime Fest

The 2019 East End Maritime Festival in Greenport is in full swing under blue skies and sunshine this weekend. Here are some new things to do that you may not be aware of…

Rooftop Rosé: The rooftop bar at The Menhaden Hotel on Front Street is open to the public until 8pm this weekend, serving local rosé from Croteaux. Go check out the wonderful wine and the view.

Classic Jazz Guitar: Greenport Distilling on Carpenter Street is open this weekend serving their wonderful One Woman Wine and handcrafted spirits. And, on Saturday, September 21 jazz guitarist Lou Messana will play from 3pm-6pm. Saturday evening, reggae music is on tap.

Welcome aboard: Check out Green Hill Kitchen‘s newly restored 1957 Matthews class yacht – North Star – and enjoy a wine tasting. Christoph and Robin Mueller, father and son, launched Green Hill Charters aboard a 1957 42″ Matthews Sedan Cruiser. The Muellers own three Greenport Village restaurants – Anker, Green Hill Kitchen and Industry Standard. Look for North Star docked off Mitchell Park.
